California Drug Take-Back Program Installs Collection Bins

The California Department of Health Care Services' MAT Expansion Project in partnership with the California Product Stewardship Council have installed medication collection bins to promote disposal of unneeded and unwanted medications safely. In an effort to alleviate opioid and other substance use overdose concerns, this may reduce improper disposal of and easy access to these medications.
